Payment for our services
We offer our services according to individually agreed hourly rates, graded according to the qualifications and experience of our professionals and specialist assistants, and in some cases according to the Tax Consultant Fees Ordinance (StBGebV).

Mandate agreements
We offer our clients customary liability agreements.

Professional liability insurance
For the protection of its clients under sec. 54 WPO, sec. 67 StBerG and sec. 51 BRAO PKF Industrie- und Verkehrstreuhand GmbH maintains a professional liability insurance which covers the risks which may arise from the whole range of professional services provided by public accountants, tax advisors and lawyers. The insurance company is Versicherungsgemeinschaft für das wirtschaftliche Prüfungs- und Treuhandwesen, Dotzheimer Str. 23 in 65185 Wiesbaden. www.versicherungsstelle-wiesbaden.de. The insurance covers services rendered at least within territory of the European Union.

Applicable Law/Place of Jurisdiction
German law shall be exclusively applicable to any existing legal relationships and to those possibly arising in the future and only German courts shall have jurisdiction for such.
